PASCUAL GREEK YOGURT TIRAMISU
• 1 Cup Pascual Greek Yogurt
• ½ Cup Whipping Cream
• ½ Cup Crushed Grahams
• ½ tsp Instant Coffee
• 3-6 tbsp Warm Water
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1. Dissolve the instant coffee to the warm water. Add the crushed grahams but it shouldn't be drowning in coffee but just lightly soaking. Refrigerate and prepare the filling.
2. Combine 1 cup of Pascual Greek Yogurt, Whipping Cream and sugar in a bowl. Whisk until the mixture has thickened.
3. Portion the cream between the two prepared crushed grahams and top generously with sifted cocoa powder.
4. Chill and enjoy!
